Honey & Lee ("we", "us") respects your privacy and handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This page explains what we collect and why, in plain language.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or book a consultation, we receive what you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and the details of what you're looking for — style, budget, timeline. If you proceed with a ring, we also collect what's needed to make and deliver it: ring size, delivery address, and payment details handled by our payment provider.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and run your consultation and order.
- To make, deliver and provide aftercare for your ring.
- We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly ask to join one.
- We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
Only what's necessary to make your ring: your ring specifications (never your contact details) go to our manufacturing atelier, and your name and delivery address go to our insured courier. Service providers we use for email and payments handle data under their own privacy obligations.
Storage and security
Enquiries arrive by email and are kept only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
This website
This site doesn't use advertising trackers. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which may log standard technical request data. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
