Every step that happens in our studio has a remote equivalent — and the parts that matter most, the certificates and the approvals, are documents you'd be reading on a screen anyway.

Video consultation

Free, 45 minutes, on whichever platform you prefer. Both partners can join from different cities — it happens more often than you'd think.

Stones on camera

We compare three to five certified diamonds live under the camera, certificates on screen, and email you the GIA or IGI reports to study in your own time.

Sizing, solved

We post you a ring sizer, free. If the proposal is a surprise, we'll talk through the borrowed-ring trick — and your first resize is free whenever you need it anyway.

Renders & approval

CAD renders from every angle land in your inbox. Nothing is cast until you've approved the design and the exact stone — same as in the studio.

QC photos first

You see the atelier's magnified quality-control photos of your finished ring before you pay the balance — a step that protects remote clients most of all.

Insured delivery

Tracked, insured courier to your door anywhere in Australia, with the certificate and an independent valuation in the box. Signature required, discreet packaging.

Common worries, answered straight

"Can I really judge a diamond over video?"

You can judge the things that matter. The certificate tells you the cut, colour, clarity and carat — that's the same document whether you're in our studio or your kitchen. On camera we show you the stone moving under light, side by side with its rivals, and point out any differences you should care about. What video can't convey is exactly why we send the certificates and photos for you to sit with: no decisions on the call, ever.

"What if it arrives and I don't love it?"

You approve the design from renders, then see QC photographs of the actual finished ring before the balance is paid. By the time it ships, there are no surprises left — and the ring is checked against the approved design by our Melbourne bench before it leaves. If something is ever genuinely wrong, our guarantee doesn't care which city you live in.

"Is shipping safe?"

Rings travel by specialist insured courier — tracked door to door, insured for full replacement value, signature on delivery. It's the same way stones move between the world's dealers every day.

"Does remote cost more?"

No. Same rings, same published cost build, same quote held for 14 days. Delivery is included in the freight line you can already see in every quote.
